Level I GYROTONIC methodology,
including: Pre-Training, Foundation Teacher Training, Apprentice

APPRENTICE REVIEW #1
Pre-Requisite: Completion of Foundation Training and minimum 20 teaching hours
$450 (includes $100 studio fee/deposit)
NOVEMBER 14-16, 2009
Friday 2-7pm, Saturday 1-6pm, Sunday 10am-3pm
APPRENTICE REVIEW #2
Pre-Requisite: Completion of Foundation Training and minimum 40 teaching hours
$450 (includes $100 studio fee/deposit)
JANUARY 29-31, 2010
Friday 2-7pm, Saturday 1-6pm, Sunday 10am-3pm
GYROTONIC LEVEL I FOUNDATION TEACHER TRAINING
Pre-requisite: Completion of Gyrotonic Pre-Training within previous three months
$1750 ($1500 course fee, $250 studio fee). Deposit due February 11, 2010.
Foundation courses contingent on a minimum four students.
FEBRUARY 22-MARCH 6, 2010 (2/28 OFF)
Daily 11-6 (with one hour lunch break)
GYROTONIC LEVEL I UPDATE/REVIEW
Prerequisite: Certified Level I Instructor
$450 (includes $100 studio fee/deposit)

**We will go over the Creative Series: Lower strap Twist and Pull, Patella/Quad Series, Back Leg Pedaling.**
